I am very interested in registering GameEx and have more than one computer in my home. Can I install it on all of my computers with one registered version?

im going to donate as soon as i get my prepaid credit card, but am wondering do i need to have my pc that is running gameex hooked up to the internet when i enter the serial number i get when i donate??? and can i use the serial number to run it on more than 1 pc, im not going to give the numer out to anyone else, what im gonna do is make an arcade cabinet to run all my emulators and want to use gameex on it, but i want to have it also running on my main pc to learn about it and figure things out so i can then apply what i learn tho the ''offline'' emulator pc, and will this cause any problems with s or can s be done manually, or i guess just hook up the emulator pc the the internet when i need it???? thanks alot
